Pan Fried Garlic Noodle

Serving Size: 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon and 1/2 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 packets Ohana Udon noodle
  • 5 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese

 

Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the first four ingredients listed above.  Set aside.

In a large wok, over medium-high heat, melt the butter and olive oil, until the butter begins to sizzle. Turn the temperature down to medium and add the fresh garlic.  Cook garlic until it becomes a very light toasted brown, and immediately add the Udon Noodle, sauce, and parmesan cheese. Toss together until noodles are loose and all ingredients are heated through. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
