Serving Size: 3
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 5 ounces ground turkey meat
- 3 garlic cloves roughly chopped
- 2 packets of Ohana Udon Noodle
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1 package (14 oz.) firm fresh tofu cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 1/3 cup water
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the first five ingredients listed above. Set aside.
In a large wok, heat the oil over high heat. Once the oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium, and add the garlic and ground turkey. Cook until the turkey meat is cooked through.
Next, add the Udon straight into the pan, and pour the sauce and water over the noodle. Turn the stove to low. Continue cooking until the noodles loosen and the sauce begins to thicken. Add the tofu and fresh green onion. Toss until all ingredients are well incorporated. Serve immediately.
Enjoy!
